We want you to love your candles as much as we loved making them. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unlit, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or personalized orders (including custom magnets and bespoke candles)
• Items purchased on final sale
• Gift cards

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
